Meet The Teacher

I’m Faye, your friendly local yoga instructor. I’ve lived in Denmead for 18 years and have been practising yoga (with a few big gaps) for 12 years.

I qualified as a 200-hour teacher in 2023 and have been teaching locally since September 2025. I specialise in beginner’s yoga and in helping people onto the mat who might otherwise dismiss yoga classes, especially if they have had a bad experience with yoga previously.

My classes are gentle and focus on listening to your body. There is no expectation of flexibility and I promote a self-awareness of movement to enable you to find your own path through the poses.

My Training

Certified 200-hour yoga teacher (2023).
Currently studying to become a certified 500-hour yoga teacher.
Fully insured.

I have a corporate background in software, I am mum to three children, and my favourite fruits are cherries and strawberries!
