These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all yoga classes, courses, and workshops (“Classes”) provided by Balance Yoga With Faye (“I”,) to any person (“you”, “your”) booking and/or attending a Class.
By booking a Class, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. All Classes must be booked in advance via our booking platform, messenger, email, or telephone.
1.2. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. I cannot hold spaces without payment.
1.3. I accept payment via debit/credit card and bank transfer.
1.4. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the Class, you may transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability).
2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the Class are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.3. If I cancel a Class for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another Class.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
3.1. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the Class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disruption.
3.2. You are responsible for bringing your own yoga mat.
4. Health & Safety
4.1. Yoga involves physical movement. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and able to participate in the Class.
4.2. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, you must inform me before the Class.
4.3. I am not medically qualified and cannot provide medical advice. Please consult your GP before starting any new exercise programme.
4.4. You participate in all Classes at your own risk. I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage you may suffer, except where caused by my negligence.
5. Behaviour & Etiquette
5.1. Please respect the teacher, other students, and the space at all times.
5.2. Mobile phones must be switched off or silenced during the Class.
5.3. I reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave if your behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
6. Liability
6.1. I am not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings while attending a Class.
6.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. Privacy
7.1. I will process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at [link to your Privacy Policy].
7.2. I will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
8.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
